Meet The Team
Stephen’s passion for golf started when he began playing at age 8.  At 10 he began to caddy, learning the game and etiquette from the ground up and, later, moved on to pro shop duties as a teen. Right out of college, he continued his golf career as a sales and marketing executive for Yamaha and E-Z-GO.

After leaving the golf industry to become a product manager for such companies as Worldcom and Xerox Engineering Systems, Stephen's passion for golf and his entrepreneurial spirit became the driving force behind Premiere Golf Events, an event planning company that plans and manages charity and corporate golf tournaments. Founded in 2005, Premiere Golf Events is a successful and growing business which has planned and managed over 350 golf tournaments since its inception in 2005.

In 2006, Stephen became a founding partner in a startup hole in one venture, New England Hole in One. As the company grew, he discovered that there were many opportunities outside of the New England Region for us and rebranded the company as Nationwide Hole in One to allow us to compete across the United States.

Stephen is intimately involved in the day-to-day operations of both Nationwide Hole In One and Premiere Golf Events. Despite his busy corporate schedule, he still manages to squeeze in regular rounds and boasts an impressive 1 handicap.

With eagle-eye attention to detail and unwavering commitment to high standards and quality, Cassandra is the driving force behind Nationwide's outstanding customer service as well as the top quality productions of Premiere Golf Events. Cassandra brings extensive experience in insurance customer relations, having touched upon the many different intricacies of the business during her decade long career at The Dover Group.

Prior to The Dover Group, Cassandra worked as a retail buyer for a number of National retailers, honing her management and negotiation skills. Cassandra joined Stephen at Nationwide in 2014 and is heavily involved in the day-to-day management of the company as well as for their other venture, Premiere Golf Events.

Mellissa keeps the wheels turning and the customers smiling as Client Relations Manager at NHIO. Prior to joining NHIO, Mellissa worked for law firm Day, Berry & Howard, LLP, after successful stints at market leaders BIC Consumer Products USA and General Electric Transportation Systems.
Mellissa attended West Virginia University where she received a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Industrial Labor Relations.

Rick Clark
After a twenty plus year sales career with Sysco Foods, Rick decided to become an entrepenuer and started and ran a successful sign business.  Rick then sold that and we were lucky enough to acquire his services as our golf ball cannon leader and coordinator.
