How do I order coverage and how long does it take?

Our friendly staff will take your order either by phone or email.  Our superior customer service will eliminate you having to take the time to fill out a paper application.  Just call 866-813-3709 and speak to one of our friendly staff members and we will take all your details and quickly process your order.  You can also email us at [email protected].  We can put coverage into effect with two hours of the start of a tournament, but recommend that you give us at least 7 days notice so that we can ship the appropriate signage to you and not have you incur any expedited shipping charges.

What do I do if someone makes a hole in one or winning putt?

In the event of a hole in one at your event or a successful putt made, you will need to notify us the next business day by either email or a phone call/voicemail.  Once we have the report of a claim, we begin our standard investigation process which includes affidavits that need to be completed by the various individuals involved.  The entire process usually takes 2 to 3 weeks to complete and does vary depending on the timely manner in which we receive the completed paperwork back.

How do I pay for my coverage?

Payment must be made before the start of the golf tournament for coverage to be in effet for your golf tournament.  You may send in a check or pay online directly from the invoice that we send you.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discovercard.

How do you ship my signage to me?

We ship all signage through UPS.  If expediated shipping is required, we sometimes use the United States Postal Service as their rates are usually more economical for last minute orders.

What is the minimum yardage that I can have my grand prize at?

The minimum yardage that we can put grand prize coverage into effect for is 135 yards for men and women.  Our standard pricing is based on holes with a yardage of 160 yards.  If you wish to utilize a shorter yardage for your grand prize, higher rates will apply and will need a special quote from us.

Will I save money on my coverage if I do not need the bonus prizes?

No you will not.  These prizes are provided by our vendors and have no impact on overall pricing of the various packages.

If I run various golf tournaments, will I receive a group discount?

Yes you will, just call our friendly staff and we will apply our volume discount program for you.
